    • After the devolution plan of 2001 the administrative changes has produced a new District of Hyderabad. Being the second largest city district of Sindh, District Government of Hyderabad would like to shape up the development of the District under the VISION 2025.

      OCL has given a task to develop a Master Plan for the entire District. To evaluate the existing resources and to develop future scenarios OCL is working on the following GIS based work plan:

    Project: 250 Beds Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital

    Client: Department Of Municipalities & Agriculture Abu Dhabi Municipality

    Scope of Services:
    Planning, Designing, Project Management and Construction Supervision of 250 bed Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Hospital at Rawalakot, AJK Pakistan with a double storied hospital building having total covered area of about 120,000sq.ft alongwith other ancillary buildings.



    Project: 150 Beds ETBP Hospital, Misri Shah, Lahore Pakistan
    Client: Evacuee Trust Property Board, Government of Pakistan, Lahore

    Scope of Services:
    150 Beds hospital spread over an area of approx. 7 acres, this project comprises of general OPD, casualty, diagnostics, operation theater suite, ICU, maternity suite, general wards, Gyne wards and private rooms and other allied facilities. The covered area of the hospital 9,943,000 sft whereas the ancillary facilities 10,000 sft.



    Project: 360 Beds KMC Hospital Landhi, Karachi Pakistan
    Client: Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Karachi Pakistan

    Scope of Services:
    360 beds hospital on 4.6 acres of land with ground + 3 storied hospital building having total covered area 101,500 sq.ft. alongwith other ancillary buildings. The hospital is designed to provide facilities like general OPD, ICUs, diagnostic, casualty, general wards, private rooms, operation theaters, maternity wards, and other necessary facilities.


    Project: 300 Beds Baqai General Hospital Karachi Pakistan.

    Client: Baqai Medical Complex, Karachi Pakistan

    Scope of Services:
    300 Beds hospital on 8.25 acres of land (total covered area of the hospital 125000 sft.) is a part of Baqai Medical Complex situated at Toll Plaza on Superhighway, Karachi Pakistan. The total capacity of this hospital is 300 beds whereas 150 beds provided in the first phase and 150 beds in the next phase. The facilities provided are general OPD, diagnostics, casualty, administration, operation theater suite, ICU, general ward, maternity suite and wards, pediatrics, cafeteria and other necessary facilities arranged around a central courtyard.


    Project: 808 Beds Islamic Mission Hospital Complex

    Client: Islamic Mission Hospital Society Abu Dhabi
    Scope of Services:
    808 Beds hospital with all modern facilities including teaching facilities and a Nurses hostel with a capacity of 400 Nurses spread over 20 acres with 208,680 sq-ft covered area.



    Project: 200 Beds Maaji Hospital, Hyderabad Pakistan.

    Client: Fateh Foundation. Hvderabad Pakistan

    Scope of Services:
    200 Beds centrally air-conditioned (ground+5 storeyed hospital building) covering an area of 46,109 sq-ft., facilities includes OPD, diagnostics, two sets of operation theaters, private & general wards on four floors with all necessary facilities.

    Client: All Pakistan Rajputana Federation, Hyderabad Pakistan

    Scope of Services:
    500 Beds hospital having all modern facilities like surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, medicine, ENT, orthopedics, thoracic and other allied facilities, etc
