The project is to design the infrastructure for a New Upscale residential neighborhood (size of a mini-city) on INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS in the heart of Karachi spread over an area of 4100 acres having approx. 14,000 residential units apart from high-rise apartment complexes (Creek Vistas, etc.), commercial and amenities as well as an independent public facilities area.
